Simple and Delicious Dryfruit Cake

Dryfruit cake~


In a bowl sieve 140 grams all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Add coarsly chopped dryfruits(cashew, almonds, raisins, pistachios and tuti fruti).

In another bowl mix 120 grams of melted butter with 200 grams of condensed milk and whisk it for 10 minutes.

Add the maida mixture to the butter mixture and whisk for some time. Lastly add some vanilla essence.

To make the mixture to a flowing consistency, add some milk(80ml)

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

In a greesed can, pour the batter. Garnish with dryfruits.

Bake it for 40 minutes and enjoy.
