Benefits of yoga, om, pranayam and healthy eating


Hey all!! I started yoga a month back to loose weight and I can feel the benifits. Listing them all :-



1. I feel good all day.

2. I am happier than before. I smile more.

3. Their are no mood swings. My mental state is stable most of the day.

4. I am rarely angry.

5. I don't feel lazy at all.

6. I get a nice sleep. I dont get up in the middle of the night and feel hungry or thirsty.

7. I am more focussed. When I study my efficiency has increased.

8. I don't crave for street food anymore. I eat at regular intervals. I am neither too full nor starving.

9. My skin glows.

10. And the best of all- my clothes have started to loose.
